Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact). Exceptions apply to:
- Water Filter Pitchers (for hygiene reasons once opened)
- Soap Dispensers (if the seal has been broken)
- Any items marked as “final sale”
Note: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on water-related products (Water Dispensers, Water Filter Pitchers) or Soap Dispensers that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping with the reliability of our mixing bowls holding your ingredients.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
Exchanges may take 2-3 weeks total processing time depending on your location.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your CARFMAN product arrives damaged or defective (which is as rare as our trivets failing to protect your surfaces), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund with the efficiency of our 1-2 day order processing.

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian and remote areas), return shipping costs may be higher. We recommend using the original shipping method (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for returns to ensure tracking—with the same care we recommend using our cooking thermometers for perfect results.
