Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Water Filter Pitchers (once opened)
  • Soap Dispensers (if the seal has been broken)
  • Any items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping Costs
